Thank you for your help. This is the lower sash of a double-hung window. The sash weighs 14.6 lbs. I need to replace the pivot bars, the coil balances, the pivot shoes, and the holder for the coil balance. I know I need the plastic part but am unsure about the post that comes out of the side bottom of the hung window that fits into the plastic part. Also if you guys have a video on how to replace that. Replacement Window Coil Balances

I need to replace my existing window balances, I found them on your website. Item described below. My question: is there such thing as a left or right or are they interchangeable? The ones I have now say 8R and 8L which makes me think they may be side specific? 8 lbs Series 161 Roller-Tilt, Pr ... (cont.)

Window part, not a vinyl window. Don't know mfr of window.

This is the 2nd window that has a problem with this part. The window is not vinyl.

Hello. I'd like to know if I can get replacement coil springs for my existing windows. The springs are actually intact but the plastic components have broken. Do you sell complete kits?
