Looking for replacement pins and screws. Both have rusted out.

It is 2" high, 1/2" thick and 1 1/4" across

I am needing to replace the shoes on several windows along with spiral balancers

I'm trying to find the part that is connected to window in photo 1 as photo 2 shows that part being broken and window not connected. I don't know what's it called just trying to get my windows fixed.

Several balances are broken per the photos. There is no weight number on them. I also need the pins. The screw hole for that is 2 inches from the end of the pin per the photo. Need a replacement for this part. Mine is broken and to replace the window woulds be very cumbersome since the fin is in the wall and exterior is stucco. No name on the window but this is the image and Google provided you're company on the search thank you

Must you use a balance with the "L" stamp on the left side or could you just flip one stamped "R" over?

I have Gorell 5300 series double hung windows that I need to replace the springs and pivot shoes, will this spreader work or do I need to cut the frame? This goes into the window so I can install it and close it shut. One on each side. So I need two

The parts are for Anderson Silver-Line windows that are 10 years old.This appears to be a combined unit (spring and shoe) where the spring has broken. as the bottom is broken off and still in the window sill. additionally I see both pivot bar 26-040 and a cast aluminum pin similar to 26-400 I dont see a pattern (all top sill are 040 or all 400) are 040 and 400 interchangeable? the house is built in 2001 - but there are no branding on any ... I believe this is an International window. The stamped number on the balance is C 2040. The Balance is 21 inches long and the window weighs 20 lbs. The pivot shoe I believe is the 15-015 on your website. I believe I need a S770, 21 inch, option 21D. Please advise. ThanksMike
