I have Gorrell windows about 10 years old. These are pics from my smallest window. Do you have these parts or is this a different style? I am the owner and we went through the flood so they are getting bad quickly. Thank you for any help you can provide.

Hi, lower sash of my American craftsman window broke and it doesn't keep open any longer. I can open the window but it won't keep open with me putting something to hold it. Is there a way to fix it?

I purchased two Swisco 36" 5/8" red tip balances and trying to install into old balance shoe. I do not find a part similar to what I have.
