Looking for the whole crank assembly with arm

Window Part # HA068310SSMI DIMENTIONS: 23 3/8 X 23 3/8 POSSIBLE DUEL ARM OPPERATOR

The operating part measures 16" long.

May you please help me find the best replacement for this Milgard window crank and housing? The window will crank open, but the crank just spins when I try to crank it closed.

Might be for a Velux window out of Home depot, rusted, no longer seems to be stainless steel. Any help appreciated!!
