Looking to match which part i need. I watched a video and a guy was able to turn the gray part or lock and twist the actual part out. Didn't see how to Get this one outto actually measure it. Hi - the coil balances in my bathroom window broke and I am trying to determine which parts I need to repair them. My hope is that I only need to replace the metal spring part and can attach replacements to my exsting balance assembly parts, but would greatly appreciate any help / suggestions you ma ... (cont.)

Hello, Attached are some photos of the coil balance hardware needed.

1. Window sticker 2-3. Broken coil and pivot arm inside track 4. Parts removed 5. functional side window coil says 6.5 pounds 40 inches. White part is shattered but holds the coil and I cannot read the part number. Need also the pivot arm and the mangled shoe thing.

Hi, can you help me with finding the parts and instructions on how to replace these coil balances?

Graboyes Encore Double Hung window (manufactured 4/2/2010). Right-side constant-force coil balance has become disconnected from the pivot shoe. Coil is marked approximately 6.5. Looking for the correct replacement coil and coil support. thanks so much!

I need to find coil balance 35" #4.5 35" P. what is the closest to match mine? They are 1/2" wide. I think the pivot shoes are still fine. thanks

The window has no identifiable markings for manufacturer or otherwise. They said some handyman installed and never said where it came from. I am in need of two new systems. It appears as if it's a 6 lb spring with factory stamping 933. Any and all help would be appreciated for this need. John ... (cont.)

Hello looking for assistance with the coils spring pivot shoe and latches. Let me know if you can assist. I do not have but can search for a manufacturer label

this is for bathroom window, approx 2'x3', brand Simonton, no label on window, approx 6 year old retrofit windown, the removable window wieghs about 8lbs.

My coil broke in 1 of my vinyl replacement windows. It is a double hung, left side, lower window. It is stamped 7.5 31". There are other numbers on it but much has been worn away. I can still make out, "AT52320".
