The lower part of the window weighs about 14.5 lbs, and its vertical length is 20 inches. Please advise me of the part size that I have to purchase. Thank you.

The pivot bar has number 25326 on it. The pivot bar is from Ply Gem Premium Series vinyl dual glazed clear/low-e windows. The first hole is 1 1/8" from the top (tee) and the holes are 11/16" center to center apart. The coil balance is 1/2" wide.

Good afternoon! I need to replace the coil balance on a window. There is one on each side. I took a picture of the coil so you could help me find the correct part. Once I have identified the correct part, I will want to order 3 sets of them. Thank you!

The marking near the tongue of the spring coil is #9.035" can you identify the parts I need to fix the bottom sash? thanks anthony

I can't find any identifying marks on the window or the parts. I can't tell you that the spring is half inch wide

Window weight is 17.6 pounds. The part does not have any numbers Need two window bouncers are left and a right for bottom window. The size of the window is 28 x 32 1/4 no name on the window.

Hi, I need a left and right replacement window pivots. I have photographed another window where the pivots are intact, the ones I need to replace had the point part that engages the "spring" break off. Believe this is from an Atrium window about 10 years old. Spring has a marking that is 7.5# 35". There are some other numbers that are difficult to make out. The window weighs about 15#. The holders appear to be in working order but both springs are broken and bent. Springs are 1/2" wide. ... (cont.)

My window will not stay up. It looks like both of the coils broke. Here are the only number I could locate on the parts: 5.365.638 and 5.232.208 On the top plastic piece. 610.108 On bottom piece with "u shape" notch.

Coils are 1/2" width. Possibly 33" long?Top and bottom balance support parts are both 1.25" width I can't find these parts anywhere. Please advise! Thank you!
