I'm pretty sure I also need the 15-191 pivot shoe (for a 15 year-old Milgard Tuscany window). I also need the coil spring. The only markings I can find on the spring are #7, 5 35. Do you know what part that might be?

i watched your replacement video and that looks exactly like what my window needs. From what i can tell i need to order the series 140 balance system both right and left side.
