I need to buy new parts so that my window stays open. I need to replace the coil and upper and lower "shoe". I need help with identifying what parts I need. I'd like to buy a whole assembly if that's possible or at least all the parts piecemeal so I can fix the window. I need left and right parts. ... (cont.)

The parts are to help keep the window in place when you open it. Hello, both of my coil balances are snapped on this window so trying to replace them. Figure it's easier to replace the whole assumebly including the shoes, but struggling to find the right parts. i can see a 35" P on the coil but I think the weight has rubbed off. I would like to replace both sides of my entire window hardware. Window will not stay open. I uploaded pictures of what I currently have and want to replace. These broke. I want replace all of them, they are doubles. I need twelve to start! And six singles for smaller windows.

Trying to ID these. The patent says 5704165 but then its also stamped 485 on back. The other shoes with that patent number look markedly different than this one. The plastic piece behind the coil also attaches to the shoe with two little wings. Coil says S9
