I have BF Rich Cabernet window that I had replaced in December of 2011. The spring that connects to the right balance shoe needs replacing. This was in the left side of my window which helped the window go up and down. It doesn't stay up anymore. Right side is missing. Handyman company couldn't find a replacement.

I CAN'T SEEM TO FIND A AMERICAN WEATHER SEAL PIVOT LOCK SHOE THAT LOCK SHOE THAT LOOKS LIKE THIS. ITS BROKE IN THE TRACK AND I CANT GET IT OUT WITHOUT BREAKING IT.

Hello,I looked at your website and I think I need the pivot shoe 15-111. My problem is that I can't seem to find a matching pivot bar on your website. My pivot bar is 2.5 inches long with small diameter holes at 1.5 and 2 inches. Thank you.Jeff

I HAVE THIS COIL BALANCE, THAT IS STAMPED 7. IS IS A SINGLE BALANCE BUT THE COIL FITS RIGHT INTO THIS SHOE. Hello, I need these parts for a window repair. Both left and right side coil balance's broke as well as each pivot pin

Mostly I need 20 of the sash pivots but would be happy to replace the plastic housings for the 20 tension coils as well. The plastic housing became brittle w/ age and cracked when I was removing one of the window sashes to replace a broken pane. I'm guessing all five of the condo's double-hung vin ... (cont.)

My window won't stay up I noticed the 8 spring was broke . I have attached all the photos and we took the good one out to compare to the one is broke.
