This goes on a patio, sliding door. I saw a swisco photo on the internet that most closely resembled what I have.

Do you have a replacement for this? I think my window manufacturer is Atrium handle hole spacing is 3 11/16 mortise is 10" long

the house I just bought is missing the strike plate(I think thats what its called). the entire piece the lock goes into is gone. Do you have this part and if so how much and how long for shipping. Thank you

Hello! I bought a mortise lock from you but it doesn't fit (I dropped the original in the door). I *think* the attached would work based on the keeper I can measure. Do you have a mortise lock (no keeper needed) like the attached? Thank you!

I have a slider door that needs new lock and keeper, lock seems to match your 82-265. Keeper that I have is 1 inch deep looks similar to 82-249 but specs are saying it is 1/2 inch

You lock options seem to look similar. The one i saw our website was flush and not recessed. Please let me know if you have the exact same model. Cost ?

Lock was installed and workable, but no keeper part installed. Builder is gone into thin air. Built in 2008. Measures to match dimensions for 82-239. I am missing patio door lock on my door and I can not locate a manufacture of this patio door. I found this lock #82-259 on your web site that might fit my door. I will include a few pics of my Handel as we had spoke on Friday. If not the right lock can you locate one for me?
