82-249 Sliding Glass Door Multi-Point Keeper

Hi there, My tenant took parts off of the patio door upon moving out. I am now lost on what exactly we are in need of. It looks like everything is there for one side of the door but, nothing on the other side.

Attached are photos of my patio door lock. The internal mechanism has broken, so only 1 of 2 latches work. It looks from the dimensions that your 82-265 lock might fit. I am looking for a keeper that will work with this multi point patio door latch. On center measurements of latch are 6 1/2?. Inside dimension between latch points is 4 3/4?. Thank you.

This is a Gorell sliding patio door. The door is locking itself when it is closed. We believe the part we need is the multi-point mortise lock with 12? plate. I have the paperwork for a PD3000 double mortise patio sliding door. The locking mortise is rusted and has become inoperable. The paperwork list this part as a PM520A. The keeper is part PM530. The 2 point mortise lock on our door needs to be replaced. We've had this door for 3 years, and with the part the repair guys keep getting us from Lowe's this will be the 4th replacement.
