Hello, I am looking for a crank operator cover and handle that fits this window. I think the window is a jeldwen. I was thinking it might be 39-375. Any help would be appreciated.

I need help identifying the metal track measuring 10" long that attaches to the bottom of the windows frame. Does the plastic cover on a 39-375 style pop off the mechanism or does the mechanism have to be removed from the window? I am replacing with a 39-375 folding handle and cover kit from a conventional.
