Hello, Could you help me identify this part, and would you have a spec sheet for it? It has a Truth logo etched on it.

I need the following part, looks like EntryGard Dual Arm Operator Product Code: 39-031. I believe my window swings left (please see photo)? I have 3 other photos I'll send in the next email. You can see it says "Truth" and a # of 41012. Thx, Drissana

Hi, I've looked all over and can't find any names or markings on these parts. I'm looking to replace the crank and operator set. The screw must be stripped and the crank doesn't work and one of the swing arms just comes off.

1. I found the crank part. 2. The hinges are 13 inches long and I can only find 10 inch long ones. 3. the handles and crank covers are ok. i dont need new ones of those. thanks!

Hi there. We are having issues with several of our window cranks.They each spin open line but it seems to be stripped when trying to spin the window closed again. I have a number of manual windows that are hard to open/close. The gears on the one pictured are completely "frozen"; we're hoping to buy one, and if it works, then proceed to order more (both left and right cranks). Just wanted to make sure I'm ordering the correct part. The only markings on the old unit are the date on bottom "04/24/17 18:31 A" and "Truth" under the crank mechanism. Do I need the left handed unit? Window opens to the left from the outside. Thanks, Janna

No names or numbers that I can find. Cabin built in 2000, at least 8 windows with gears slipping now. They all look the same, pictures from middle sized window.
