hi i am hoping to find this parts to replace on this Millgard windows, owner says they where installed about 11 years ago. we need all of the hardware parts shown on the photo. lets try with one and if it works then we have a lot more windows to do. thank you Felipe

Greetings! The 39-376 window crank I purchased will not work. See attached. Our Simonton window requires a crank that can accept a 5/16" spline. The one purchased is for a 1/4" spline. It also appears to be a little shorter than the original. Do you have one that will work for me? Thanks, Tim ... (cont.)

I need help identifying the metal track measuring 10" long that attaches to the bottom of the windows frame. I also need the part that attaches to the bottom of the window that slides on the track measuring 2 3/4" long. Both parts appear to measure 3/4" in width. Thanks in advance for your help! ... From an appearance standpoint, we would like something white, obviously, to match the windows, and as unobtrusive as possible, such as your product code 39-376. .... don't know if that style will work.
