39-376 Encore Truth Folding Handle with Cover

Greetings! The 39-376 window crank I purchased will not work. See attached. Our Simonton window requires a crank that can accept a 5/16" spline. The one purchased is for a 1/4" spline. I need help identifying the metal track measuring 10" long that attaches to the bottom of the windows frame. From an appearance standpoint, we would like something white, obviously, to match the windows, and as unobtrusive as possible, such as your product code 39-376. .... don't know if that style will work.
