Hi, I dont know what kind of windows I have. I am looking for hardware for them. The spiral balance is 5/8 x 16" long, red cap. This is the broken piece not correct in length. The picture has my measurements but may not be exactI can buy more than one part to try if there is something close.The picture is of the part that broke off right at the frame. There are two screws in the other piece.

My channel balances are marked with 34D and look to match your product #5770-34. They screw in with one screw at the top. The shoes are also broken. 31 windows in my house with year round salt air exposure leads to a lot of rust and corrosion. Was hoping I could replace a number of these that have given out. Not sure of the window brand. Maybe DACO? Any help would be appreciated.
