Hi, I dont know what kind of windows I have. I am looking for hardware for them. The spiral balance is 5/8 x 16" long, red cap. This is the broken piece not correct in length. The picture has my measurements but may not be exactI can buy more than one part to try if there is something close.The picture is of the part that broke off right at the frame. There are two screws in the other piece.

My channel balances are marked with 34D and look to match your product #5770-34. They screw in with one screw at the top. The shoes are also broken. I have included a photo from a non-broken one that's still in the channel as I am going to have to cut the channels to replace and didn't want to do ... (cont.)
