Need help identifying these parts.

Hello, I need to replace the coil balance assembly, pivot bar and pivot shoe for Simonton window top and bottom. I have attached pictures of the parts and window numbers. I have no idea what the number is on the coils but it appears to be double coils. Anne

Hi, Last week, the window stopped going up after several inches, I would guess that the bent spring (from the right side of the window stopped it). But, everything looked old and tired, so I removed all of the hardware. Sorry, I couldn't find the name of the manufacturer or the date. I hope that ... (cont.)
