Hi, I ordered a set of '10 lb Series 140 Quick-Tilt, SingleS140-10' and installed them. My window is struggling to open and it sort of tilts from side to side on the way up and down. Hello. I have some Simonton double-hung windows, and need replacement coil balance sets for both sides for 2 windows (4 assemblies in total). Each side of the window has 2 springs. Hello, I need help identifying the correct Tile Shoe to replace the ones that have broken in the slides of the windows. I am not sure if I need to replace the coil as well.

Have to replace both constant force balance on my window however there is no bar code or stamp on the part. Please let me know what parts I have to order. I believe these are for Simonton vinyl double hung windows. I will need 2 of these dual coil balances with pivot shoes. Also, I need two single coil balances with pivot shoes for. smaller Simonton window Thanks, David
