Please see attached pictures. The side pivot pieces on both sides are broken as well as the sash clip on the right side top.

I have a few windows where I am replacing the upper and lower sashes on and in the process I'll be replacing the hardware as well on a few of them. Looking for compatible balancing assemblies / hardware. Best Regards, Patrick

I have a client with 10 Simonton windows that won't stay open. Id rather fix than replace. The piece the cam fits into is broken. The rest looks in tack. Can you help me find the replacement part?

Hi, I ordered a set of '10 lb Series 140 Quick-Tilt, SingleS140-10' and installed them. My window is struggling to open and it sort of tilts from side to side on the way up and down. Hello. I have some Simonton double-hung windows, and need replacement coil balance sets for both sides for 2 windows (4 assemblies in total). Each side of the window has 2 springs.
