Hello, I need help identifying the correct Tile Shoe to replace the ones that have broken in the slides of the windows. I am not sure if I need to replace the coil as well.

Have to replace both constant force balance on my window however there is no bar code or stamp on the part. Please let me know what parts I have to order. On the site I found Coil balance Pivot shoe 15-259, 3/4" Coil Single support 15-255, Pivot bar 2-1/2" 26-083 and the coil S159. Please let me kno ... (cont.)

I believe these are for Simonton vinyl double hung windows. I will need 2 of these dual coil balances with pivot shoes. Also, I need two single coil balances with pivot shoes for. smaller Simonton window Thanks, David

I have broken coil springs. The sinle spring window is 15 lbs. The double spring window is 20 lbs

Hello, the white piece below the metal pivot broke. What do I need to replace to have it work again. Also I'm guessing I should replace these in pairs. Thank you for your help

Siminton windows

I didn't see any numbers or markings on the coil spring. The window is 31 X 52. The plastic piece that held the coil spring broke apart when I tilt the window. I have 8 windows and some don't tilt in as they are suppose to.

Hello, looking for best fit/replacement parts for the simonton double hung window balance asembly parts. The balance shoe broke on multiple windows, coils 406 and 405 seem to be intact.

Im looking for 3" with screws at the 1" from each end I would then also need the springs and tool to release them tnx much

Hi, I have uploaded a pic with digits found on side of window but haven't found anything else. From googling, the 40284 SS seem to represent this to be a Pella window. However there are no stamps on coil and either both coils snapped and broke or there is no tab. These coils deem to be 3/4". the foo ... (cont.)

Simonton Prism Platinum series installed 2013. I need either the lower cam lock retainer or entire balance assemblies. I currently have 2 broken the same way and if not too expensive will want a couple spares as I suspect that I will be needing them

Hello, This piece goes into the brake shoe and helps support the window up. It also helps as a pivot point when tilting the window. I have 2 windows that have broken .

Hi, I need a left and right balance assembly, the shoe has a pat # 5,704,165, it's about 1 1/4" wide and 13/16" deep and 1 5/8 high, the upper coil has a 6 on it and the lower coil has a 9 on it, would like to purchase a left and right assembly already assembled
