Hello, I need assistance locating a replacement for the bottom (left and right) sash frame assembly hardware, which doubles as the pivot bar housing. I am also looking for pivot bar replacements.

I need help to get replacement balance mechanism and tilt latch for this window

I am would like to replace all 4 coil balances. I have included pictures but it they are double coil balances, the cover is aproximately 1-1/4" wide, 13/16" deep and 3-1/4" long. What part # would these be? 1st 3 pics are of the balance needed and the other is a cam lock. Distance between cam lock screw holes measure 2 1/16". Came off a doublehung Simonton window purchased in 2011.

I don't see any markings. This has been broken since we got the house. It looks like the coil spring assembly would move with the sash. But the connecting pieces between the spring assembly and the sash are rusted away... This window is in the bathroom shower
