26-083 Pivot Bar, 2-1/2"

From Label Manufacturer Code:MTL-1, Series 3540 H-LC25 - 48 X 78 H-LC30 48 x 72 I need a spring and a pivot bar for the window. I am happy to buy a minimum of 4 springs. I need only one pivot bar

What part # would these be? 1st 3 pics are of the balance needed and the other is a cam lock. Distance between cam lock screw holes measure 2 1/16". Came off a doublehung Simonton window purchased in 2011.

I don't see any markings. This has been broken since we got the house. It looks like the coil spring assembly would move with the sash. But the connecting pieces between the spring assembly and the sash are rusted away... This window is in the bathroom shower

I have 2 broken Coil Balance Shoes. I am looking for all replacement parts needed to replace all internal hardware on both sides of the small bathroom window. Vinyl tilt window; don't know manufacturer; dated 2009; pivot lock shoe (part plastic, part metal) broken; picture does not show part of the shoe that fastens to the window balance. Shoe measures 1-1/4" wide x 7/8" depth.
