Hi there, I am upgrading my crossbow balance with a channel balance. Can you help me to check the pivot bar? I purchased the 26-021 however, on further inspection, I am not sure if the current bar (photo) here can be separate from the metal edges. Any guidance appreciated, Kim

Hello. The part of the window where the pivot bar mounts has broken off. The existing bar is 5/16 x 3/16 x 2 inches long. What would be the best solution to fix this? There is another hole, which was unused, that is 2-1/2 inches from the edge of the window. Do you make a longer pivot bar? I figured ... (cont.)

Would you please help us to find this part or similar? It's a pivot bar for a tilt vinyl window, it feet a shoe of 5/8 spiral balance. It holds the sash corners with four small screws two screws on the window on each side. Thank you.

I had to take the 4 screws and open the window frame. It's a 90 degree metal angle that has the pin attached and also secured the window frame.
