Can you supply a replacement CMC-6 Balancer for a Midgard vinyl window with sliding/tilting bottom sash? Please see the included photos. The metal Chanel is 26 1/8" long, 5/8" wide, and 1/2" deep.

I am trying to replace either the missing shoe or the entire channel balance on a Millard double hung and tilt window. The window won't stay open and the shoe is missing from the right hand channel balance.

the shoe is 1/2" thick, 1 1/4" wide and a little over 2" tall.

We opened our window and tilted it forward so that I could clean, and the right hand tamp 'r' lol III And the pivot Siu shattered into 1 million pieces. Looking for a pivot shoe replacement for a milgard window. The series is 5285. Is kind of hard to read. The shoe is about a half inch. The window is 36w x 52h each sash is about 27h inches. It's a double hung tilt.
