i need one, or two of this type sash balance it goes along with part #15-210 i ordered for the same job can you identify it??

I need help with finding a replacement for the pivot shoe shown in the picture. The best measurements I could get were 1.25" (width) and 0.5" (thickness). I was not able to determine the measurement for the post where the pivot goes in.

We ordered part #15-210, and it is identical to the old part EXCEPT that as you can see in the photo, the small black plastic piece sticks up higher than the original (the new is on Left, old is on right). Hello. I need spiral balances that have an end like the one shown in the picture. The parts that I need are for non tilt, 5/8" diameter. I ordered this part to replace broken parts for my 20 yr old double hung windows. I thought they would fit given that they matched the old parts both in dimensions and look. I have a milgard double hung tilt out window and the plastic balance clip (shoe??) at the bottom broke on the left side. I circled the part in red on the photo of the right side. Do I need to replace the full balance or can I replace just this clip? The stamp on the balance didn't bring up a part ... (cont.)

Dear friends, I am trying to replace all the sash parts pertaining to a 53" wide x 50 5/8 tall PGT vinyl window i have installed in my office (drywall inside, stucco on block outside). I have an old Milgard double hung tilt window, the balance itself measures 26" with channel being 5/16". The bottom window is 28" h x 48" w, and 25 lbs. The pivot shoe is 1 3/16" w X 2" long x 5/8" deep (1/2"). Do I get the 28" S770, 28D option with the pivot shoe 9/16" 15-129?

Can you tell me what I need to order? Simonton windows. Nearly 50 percent of the windows in this house are broken, from a foreclosure. It's a spiral balance afaik, but I have no idea what parts I need.

Please let me know what to order for a channel balance replacement for a Milgard Series 5245. The channel balance is 32" long. Here are pics. Thanks Derek
