S765-27 27" Series 765 Balance

I think I can use the S795-27 changing out the shoe to the 15-194 1" T-Lock. The shoe I have on my window now looks to be longer than the 15-194, will that make a difference? I do not see a way to get the old shoe out of my window, unless I cut the old shoe or flange on the window. Is this an accept ... (cont.)

I would like to know if there is a kit for the channel balancer and what it comes with. If so will it be compatible for this type of window. I have attached the photos I have available. The builder said they were Jeld Wen windows. I need the side spring assembly with the small weather stripping piece.

My window is vinyl, single sash, tilt in, 36"x60". Balance length is 27", width about 9/16"" or 8/16". I would like to replace the entire balance. The number on the back is SL 26 5 5/10/05. Appreciate your help.

I attached pictures of the pivot lock sheos, and the 27" 765 series (I think), that fits into the pivot shoes. The pivot shoes are what I am looking to buy.
