Hello, I am a local handyman in northeast Michigan. I have a customer that I believe has Silverline 2900 series bottom tilt only windows. The one side slide/spring and show broke. I'm thinking of the series 765-27 inches long. My sash weighs 20 pounds. How do I attach the balance to the shoe? And what pivot bar do I need? I need four.

Hi. I need a replacement balance for a tilt window. It looks like your 765 balance and 15-046 shoe. My problem is I cant figure out how to remove the broken shoe. I ordered tilt latches and 27 Series 765 balances. I sized them off of the broken parts. I guessed at the Pivot Lock and it appears too big. The broken ones were in so many pieces I could not use it as a guide and through them out. The window does not have a cut out so I'm stumped. The inside of the ... (cont.)

Broken window balancer, lost pieces inside (pulley etc...) so I need an entire replacement. It's a tiltable window. Dimensions are 27" long and 0.5" x 0.5" cross section

My approx. 44"x 60" window, single hung , vertical slide, tilt-to-clean window: the block and tackle balance came unstrung on one side(broken string). THE BALANCERS I NEED HAVE A HOOK ON BOTTOM THIS HOOKS INTO CAM THAT THE WINDOW PINS WILL SEAT VIN AND ALLOW THE SASH TO OPN/CLOSE. THERE IS A PC IN THE WINDOW FRAME THAT HOLDS THE BALANCERS IN PLACE ARE THESE A STOCK ITEM?

I have a broken window sash. On the outside is written SL 26 5 5/10/05 I found what I believe to be the correct part but when I go to choose it there are more options and I have no idea what they are for.

Hello I have a vinyl builders window with a hardware measurement of 27" in regards to the above photos. I'm also looking for the bottom hardware post that inserts into the bottom balance as it snapped off in the above photo also. Thanks for your help, Warren

This is what is in my window on left side ,the right side is broken. So I need a replacement. In the adjacent room the window has 26 3 K225 CMC on the metal. What do I need to fix this window. Thank you for your help.
