Am I correct to presume that your part# 39-365 is the direct replacement for my operator shown in the picture? The arm on my operator is 9 1/2" and the screw placement is the same as part# 39-365. Arm length is approximately 8 and a 1/2 inches long. Handle section is 4 inches. Wide color is white window swings out to the right period please give pricing on left hand and right hand operator thank you
