Hello, I am looking to replace this item. The lenght of the arm appears to be about eight inches. Thanks. Also, I already found the hinge sets I need. They are in my cart.

I am looking for an operator and upper/lower hinges for this window. The operator arm is 9 1/2" from roller to bend before crank. Hello,From checking your site I believe the sash locks replacement would be 38-097 LH and 38-098 RH with new keepers 38-079.However, for the window operators (which I confirm is 9-1/2") seem like 39-027E and 39-028E just not 100% due to the fact the cut sheet on the Ellipse does not show the width o ...
