Cranks are stripped so do not work. Wood casement windows. WRIGHT is written on the arm Arm is 9" total windows installed in 1974

The primary concern is the nylon roller, which does not remain in the track and frequently pops out of the groove, especially halfway through opening. We find ourselves having to push it from the bottom to keep it on track, limiting us to opening the window only halfway.

I need help finding this operator. I think it is 9.5 inches. I would call the color beige or almond. I need several units. Also may need some hardware that attaches to the window. Thx, Don

Looking for a right and left complete crank system for old windows

Hello, I am looking to replace our old and nonfunctioning window cranks, but I have now idea which window crank to order. The long arm measures 8" and the shorter arm measures 5 1/2" . The cranks that need replacing operate a window that opens on left. Thank you!

I'd like to order replacement operators but need to get left side open to get measurements. The handle says weather shield but the right hand side slide says it's a Truth. Please advise. Thnx

Hi! Hoping to identify the replace for this crank (need both right and left hand versions for two windows). The arm has the number 30382 on it. 358-1R is on the plate installed in the window. The window was installed in 1998, not sure if the manufacturer was Patriot? The label is from the window. It still works, but has significant rust.

I have this track that is similar to your 11 3/8 entrygard track. Except mine is 13 3/8 long. The holes are 4 inches apart. The end holes are 3/8 from the ends. Do you have one of this size?

The window are from 1988 and the crank came out the 1st time I used it after buying the house in 2015. I put it back in and it keeps backing itself out after it use. This is a sill mount casement crank with are length approx 10.375 center to center and 7/8 diameter roller The crank housing measures 4-1/16 long x 1-1/2" total width of housing is 2-3/4

The Bracket on the exterior of the window #3 closed side snapped. I am trying to replace the mechanism instead of the window. Can you help me with the parts I would need?

the only identifier stamped on opener is thuth 35 A stamped no. of the arm says 30050

Looking for replacement window cranks. Stamping has "wright" and "7701" on it and appears the arm measures 8 inches.
