Hello, I am looking to replace our old and nonfunctioning window cranks, but I have now idea which window crank to order. The long arm measures 8" and the shorter arm measures 5 1/2" . The cranks that need replacing operate a window that opens on left. Thank you!

I'd like to order replacement operators but need to get left side open to get measurements. The handle says weather shield but the right hand side slide says it's a Truth. Please advise. Thnx

Hi! Hoping to identify the replace for this crank (need both right and left hand versions for two windows). The arm has the number 30382 on it. 358-1R is on the plate installed in the window. The window was installed in 1998, not sure if the manufacturer was Patriot? The label is from the window. It still works, but has significant rust.

I have this track that is similar to your 11 3/8 entrygard track. Except mine is 13 3/8 long. The holes are 4 inches apart. The end holes are 3/8 from the ends. Do you have one of this size?

The window are from 1988 and the crank came out the 1st time I used it after buying the house in 2015. I put it back in and it keeps backing itself out after it use. This is a sill mount casement crank with are length approx 10.375 center to center and 7/8 diameter roller The crank housing measures 4-1/16 long x 1-1/2" total width of housing is 2-3/4

the only identifier stamped on opener is thuth 35 A stamped no. of the arm says 30050

I replaced my c.1985 Truth casement window operators on ten windows last year using 39-014 and 39-013 operators. I now am replacing six on the same brand of windows but they are narrower and have 9 1/2" arms instead of 13 1/2" arms. I think the same operator with the shorter arm are 39-412 and 3 ... (cont.)

I think I need to replace the casement since the window keeps coming off the track. The nylon roller is also in bad shape. Can you help identify what type of casement I need and what part of the window I need to pry off? Unsure if it's two pieces or one.
