My "Wright" window crank mechanism's gears appear to be stripped, causing it to default. Also, the plastic locking piece is broken and I need a replacement part. Since I'm in Sicklerville NJ. is it possible to pick up the replacement parts at your site rather than shipping it? Please advise.Than ... (cont.)

2 long vertical windows with cranks to open- not functiong. Able to open the windows but unable to close them without having to go outside and push the windows shut. Unsure of we need the whole crank/lock system replaced or which specific parts.

I have 18 Louisiana casement style windows in the home I built in 1987. I have two gear assemblies which no longer work. It isn't the small worm gear just beneath the crank handle. Wright operator 7701This is off a Hurd casement (circa 1996). Your 39-317 & 318 split arms are a match. The operator has the locking clip on top of the arm.Is it reversible? I would call the color of the operator bronze - do you agree. Your site shows multiple colors for handles but only a white ... (cont.)

I ordered the 39-171 Truth Dyad Operator. The arms are too long. My operator dimensions are 3" from hole to hole, 2 ¾ " tall from bend to top, 4" across top bar.What is the correct replacement?

looking to replace both (L and R). hand crank attaches to base o window with 2 screws 3 1/8" center to center. total width 4". Arm that attaches to window measures 5 7/16" end to end.

The part of the operator that?s outside the house, exposed to the weather, and goes under the window pane is all rusted. The inside handle bar and the rotary mechanism is fine. Please suggest replacement parts / sub-assembly. Thanks!
