Hello, Unfortunately, we don't have an exact match for this operator, but you may be able to substitute with our 39-387 and 39-388. need operator to replace Wright 07900, they have a low profile and topped by a casement piece. The space where the turn handle sits is 3/4" from the bottom of the sill to the bottom of the top casement piece. my photos wouldn't upload.

We move to home in NM in which the casement windows do not completely shut- mechanism seems to work. Not familiar with these units I disconnected the mechanism top and bottom and the window came out bending the mechanism (apparetnly there are no hinges with this system).
