Hello, my name is Bill and I am with Flint Glass service in Flint Michigan. I have a customer with 2 operators that are not working. I would need a left hand and a right hand. I will also need one new lock.

need operator to replace Wright 07900, they have a low profile and topped by a casement piece. The space where the turn handle sits is 3/4" from the bottom of the sill to the bottom of the top casement piece. my photos wouldn't upload.

I am looking to replace some window cranks with newer style cranks that have the handle fold in the operator out of the way for window treatments. I have already tried different folding handles and wing style handles but they still stick out to far. Hoping I can find something that can fold in clo ... (cont.)

We move to home in NM in which the casement windows do not completely shut- mechanism seems to work. Not familiar with these units I disconnected the mechanism top and bottom and the window came out bending the mechanism (apparetnly there are no hinges with this system). My "Wright" window crank mechanism's gears appear to be stripped, causing it to default. Also, the plastic locking piece is broken and I need a replacement part. 2 long vertical windows with cranks to open- not functiong. Able to open the windows but unable to close them without having to go outside and push the windows shut. Unsure of we need the whole crank/lock system replaced or which specific parts.
