I have a 2013 Thermotwin Glass Sliding door and the handle has broken as shown in the following pictures. Do you have a replacement handle or something that would take its place?Thank You,David

I ordered the 82-238 to replace my broken mortise lock along with what I think is an 82-080 handle but they don't seem to fit together. What I think was the 82-080 came with a striker and a different double hook lock. Should I re-order the 82-080 that doesn't have the double hook lock? ... (cont.)

Only the sliding glass door handle is broken apparently because of a broken screw and the lock works well. There is about 5 inches between the two interior screws with the handle mechanism falling half way between on the interior of the door. It has a nickel finish

I removed my Ply Gem receiver to install a doggie door. Now I've lost the receiver. It is about 6.5 inches and receives the hooks from the 9 inch latch mechanism. Do you carry this part, or if not can you recommend a source? Thank you

I do not have anything other than these pictures. The previous owners were using a piece of wood to lock the door in the track. I have a Value Slider (manufactured in Duarte CA). The receiver part is missing so I cannot lock the door. The factory seems to be very slow in responding and it is creating a safety issue. Can you help?

Need replacement

Hi looking for the keeper plate for my Certainteed Sliding door. It has a double hook latch . Looks like a 4" opening need where the latch hooks grab. Thanks Brian

It seems like this may fix part of the problem if it will fit. Lock will not function with the lever on the inside nor the key. We have two doors exactly alike. On the one the button in the center of the mortise piece is broken off. Not sure what parts of the handle I need. Thank you ... (cont.)

Hi, I need a replacement striker for my sliding door. I purchased item 89-030 but it was too wide and didn't quite work for my sliding door. Are there any other strikers that I should look into?

No markings or numbers written in hardware. We just need a new lock, not a whole set; if possible.
