Hello, I have a crank window control arm that's broken (the thread poped out). I'd like to replace it. It says "Truth" on it and a number "40067". I attached the pictures of the front view in installed state, and the removed state. Thank you, Alexander

Please help locate part numbers for this window operator and latch. I work for Greystar Property Managent and I am having issues finding this parts for our windows. Thank you for any guidance you may provide.

Picture is of a functioning crank lever system. I need a replacement for the complementary window - so other orientation. I don't believe there is a make/model on the windows or the hardware.

ordered Product Code: 39-142 the measurements look correct but the holes on each piece are different. The holes on the replacement part that you recommend has holes on the face side. Mine only has holes on the inside see attached picture not sure if that will make a difference when installing in ... (cont.)

The operator arm is hitting the Bar Hinge on the bottom of the window and stopping the full closure of the window. There is no room to bend the arm as it would need to be bent downward at the angle and would bind on the crank and window frame. The disk on the arm moves freely and has about 2 inches ... (cont.)

Hi, I am looking for a window lever replacement, I was thinking to replace the entire piece bc I tried adding a new handle and then gluing it in and it didn't work so then we tried cutting It off. Have multiple casement windows with stripped operator / handle. The stamp inside the window panes is 'Security Window Co.' from 1976. On the upper operating arm the number 30146

Hi experts, I recently made an order for 5 Truth Folding Crank Handle, 11/32". However, upon arrival, I realize that the protruding screw that is connected to the crank handle I ordered is stripped. I have a failed operator. The window is from approximately 1992 or earlier. Refer to pictures. The arm has Truth stamped on one side and 40068 on the other. Approximately 11.5" long arm. Hello, I'm looking for a replacement and am unfamiliar. I believe the company is "Truth". There seems to be a number 30050 but may be missing a portion due to corrosion. I'm not exactly sure how to measure(please see pic). Can someone provide some guidance. Thanks!
