Hi, My cranking mechanism pulls away from the window when cranking. The 2 screws (that hold the cranking mechanism to the window), when tightened, do not hold the mechanism any more. the screws do not seem stripped, but perhaps the housing for the screws are stripped? Our window cranks have been stripped over years of use. I had a window guy look at these and he figured they were from around 1991. I'm looking to make them work again. Can you help? Thanks in advance. Darren.

I have no idea what brand windows this is. My guess is it's a cheaper builder grade model from the mid 90's. Do you have any replacement parts for this?

Who is the maker ? What is the part number ? Where may I find it ?

The brand looks like Truth. The part number stamped on top is 30744. If you have the hinges then I'm probably going to want to replace the the seals and the crank as well.

I am helping do some repairs at a non profit transitional living facility for homeless families. This facility used to be an old hotel.
