My question is, if the short arm is in fact 5 1/4" in length, will the 39-031 work? If so, I would just order it and take off the old one and put on the new one at the same time.

Hi, there is no name or label on the window but the device arm has a GU with two diagonal chevrons imprinted on it

Looking for replacements of the plastic covers that go over the crank mechanism on casement windows. Mine are 4 inches wide and 2.5 inches deep I may also need to replace the handles...not sure.

Truth Crank out window 7/16 locking clip

I have a window just like this one that has fallen off the mechanism at the bottom and bent the attachment to the crank. The cranking mechanism appears ok but the hardware that actually attaches to the window is pretty much trashed - any ideas on replacements parts for this ?

Hello, I have casement windows with wooden shutters that no longer have handles. I tried using a universal fit handle but it performed poorly. I have also tried Ideal SK928 handles and Truth EP27034 handles but neither fit. I have seen prior responses that Pella T handles for 3/8" spline may work ... (cont.)

Could not find any numbers or even a name brand. Hand crank handles are stripped and one broke off. No name brand on glass either. May have been purchased at Home Depot. This is a casement window. One window has vapored, don't know if you carry replacement sashes.
