The only info on the window was the name CertainTeed on the locks. Windows were installed by US Window and Doors in San Diego, CA. One of the plastic clips is broken and we have no replacement. Would like to purchase backups of both sizes. Roger

Hello , our cleaning lady lost the safety pop out tab to the right side on one of our windows. They are double hung vinyl in white. Would you have this part available? I may need some new screens as well so I'm hoping you can assist. Thank you! John

I have Certainteed vertical hung retrofit windows. The vent stops are 3" tall x 1/2" wide. Do you have a compatible part?

This measures 3" top flange and 1/2" wide, have anything that will work? Thanks, Rick

I broke the sashstop that's located on the left side of the interior frame. It stops the window from opening more than a few inches. The windows were installed in 1998. Hope you can help me find the part. Thanks, AnnMarie
