26-407 Corner Pivot Bar

I have three of these that broke, one is a left and two are right hand sides. The pivot shoes are alright but I am missing two retainers, one is shown. The pivot bar, when not broken off, has a sort of C shape hook to it.

I am looking for Pivot Lock Shoe and the pin on the window. No item item number on the window other than the word Regency.Do you have something that would work.Thank you,Brian

Can we get these metal pieces that stick out and go into window track . Mine are Broke off . I know they are riveted but we can drill out to remove and rivit back Mike

Hello, looking for the attached double hung bottom window sash pivots and screws.

Because the one good pivot bar is fastened by rivets, we decided not to remove it. The opposite side, it appears, never had a pivot bar in the first place, so the window has never functioned fully since its installation in 2003 by THE WINDOW PROs. The piece that sticks out is broken off it looks like it was about 1/2 inch.

Hello, I am looking for a replacement pivot bar for a window that has no markings whatsoever as to who the maker is. It measures 1 1/4" long on the side that screws to the window by 1" long on the side that has the pin on it. It is 5/8" wide. The part of the L that has the pin on it is 5/16" thick ... (cont.)

Part 26-407 is definitely the part I need for my Stanek window, however can you please guide as to how to remove this type of fastener? As seen in pic it is round with hollow center. Thanks, Bill

This part is attached to the bottom of the window. It mates to the sliding part . Together they form the Pivot point that allows the window to tilt in. I need 2 of them
