I would like to replace the insert clips and screws for casement window screen. Please let me know which screw is the best for the clip. #10 screw has 3/16" diameter and the clip Hole size is also 3/16". Is #10 screw OK to use or a little tight?Thanks.

Hi, I don't have any photos, only a couple of stripped down sashes without balances. You can kinda see the imprint of the old balance in the paint against the jamb. Are these top rail guides? One broke and the window fell out. If not, what are they and can I order 1 for the right side?

27" cover. Light green spirals on spring. Gray where red/blue usually is. 3" under clip. Window is wood 28h 28.5 w 3 over 3 panes. TY KARL

The button itself measures one and a half inches long by 15/16 wide. The inner oval where the latch fits into the top of the windowsill appears to be 5/8 inches wide and maybe only 1/2 inch in depth. Looking for full sash replacement

I am trying to find these old "spiral" style balances for 1950's wood windows. They do not function like a spiral balance though.
