Need 8lb left and right replacement cartridge for silverline vinyl (Andersen) window easy tilt

I have a failed coil balancer on a window. The weather stripping came off and got in the track. The window was forced open and broke the balancer. By looking at the coil I guess it is a series 180 but that is a guess. The text on the frame of a similar window is: WSIGCC(R)/IGMA(R) L15071900013705 55 ... (cont.)

Number 8 is printed on the coil. Also need link to instructions for replacement. Thank you

Stamp says 00 but cant find anywhere that has 00

Hello, I need to replace this part. My window no longer stays open. As soon as I lift the window it goes right back down

I have several silver line double hung windows that need these coil balancers replaced. There is a number 8 stamped on the bottom part and a number 7 stamped on the top of the part. Is this a part that you could identify and replace?

One of my window sashes doesn't stay in place and keeps sliding down. These windows were replaced before I got the place and have no markings for the manufacturer or the coil mechanism. Hello, My window is missing this small tension spring that keeps the window up in the channel. Do you have anything similar to this. Sorry I don't know the make of the window, my father had them installed about 19 years ago

The left coil spring has 8 FE stamped on it, and the window balance has 8L on it. So I would need both coil springs and window balance for both sides.

I have a window where both coil balances assemblies are broken. One of the mounting brackets are missing and both tilt latches are not functional. The only number I see on the removable coil is JD8 and see PAT 5,353,548.

I cannot figure out how to release the sash from the balance. Can you provide instructions? I've watched several of your videos, but none apply to this type.

Hi, the coil springs broke, wondering if you can tell me what the replacement is. The sash is 15.2lbs. I did find a number once I got a flashlight. Looks like 8 B 7
