Good morning, I need your help trying to replace a one way patio door look for a double side lock. Its a offset lock and entire length is about 8 inches and screws to screws outside measure 4 inches. I've provided pictures Thank you Angela

Latch has PAT #:6.264.252, PAT #:5.820.170, Yellow Sticker QC-PASS 2777-00 Made in Taiwan. Face Plate has no numbers, it measures 12 1/2 top to bottom, top latch hole to bottom latch hole is 8in. Hello, Does anyone know if the 'Multi-Point Mortise Lock with Pocket Plate, 12"' would fit the model sl 2700 door? My lock recently broke and it's a multi-Point lock, but I'm not sure of the manufacturer or the name of it.

Hi need help in identifying where I can buy this handle. It looks like 10in from top to bottom. My lever broke on it and the locking seems to be getting jammed up so I just want to replace. Thank you.

The lock is double lock the locks are 7" center to center. The screw holes are 12" center to center. The handle screw holes are 12"center to center. One screw goes through the lock the other goes through the door.

The locking handle seems to be wearing out. The latch and locking mechanism is OK, just the lever to lock the door is getting hard to unlock the door

I received part# 82-260 and it was to big. Would par# 82-265 work?

My patio door needs a whole lock set hardware. It has 2 hole with a 2" separation between then.
