Unfortunately, my handle is painted so I can't locate any information on the existing handle. Hopefully the pictures will help you. The screws are 3 and 15/15 inches apart. There is no key slot.

Hi Chris, I just wanted to be sure that the 82-260 multi point lock with pocket plate 12", the 82-249 sliding glass door multi point keeper, andthe82-089 black legacy handle set, 3 15/16" (1 1/8"-2 !/2") are compatible. Do I need anything in addition to these items. I will text

The mechanism that makes my door latch closed is busted and I need a replacement part. If I need to replace the entire handle, that would be fine. Please help.

The bottom latch of the lock stopped working. It won't move when trying to lock the door manually or with a key. Only moves once I pull on the bottom latch. Any idea what's wrong or how to fix the issue?

I need a keeper for my patio door lock. A Swisco rep asked to see my mortise lock and I thought it looked like the 82-260, so I ordered the keeper that goes with it. But This keeper doesn't line up. The lock mechanism on my CertainTeed sliding glass door broke in the locked position and I had to cut the two bolts that were anchored into the frame to get the door open.
