I dropped my mortise lock into the door. Then I took the door sash off and turned it upside down. But I missed the mortise lock on the way by, and now it's stuck in the top of the door. I am looking to replace my double sliding Marvin patio door hardware with a smart lock or a least keyed set. Purchased in 2014.

I need a keeper for my patio door lock. A Swisco rep asked to see my mortise lock and I thought it looked like the 82-260, so I ordered the keeper that goes with it. But This keeper doesn't line up. The lock mechanism on my CertainTeed sliding glass door broke in the locked position and I had to cut the two bolts that were anchored into the frame to get the door open. Latch has PAT #:6.264.252, PAT #:5.820.170, Yellow Sticker QC-PASS 2777-00 Made in Taiwan. Face Plate has no numbers, it measures 12 1/2 top to bottom, top latch hole to bottom latch hole is 8in. Hello, Does anyone know if the 'Multi-Point Mortise Lock with Pocket Plate, 12"' would fit the model sl 2700 door? My lock recently broke and it's a multi-Point lock, but I'm not sure of the manufacturer or the name of it.

The lock is double lock the locks are 7" center to center. The screw holes are 12" center to center. The handle screw holes are 12"center to center. One screw goes through the lock the other goes through the door.
