I believe part 58-182 looks to be the match, My T-slot is 3/16, overall length is 13/16, and the foam ball is 5/16, which all look to match this product. I need 100'.

looking to replace these in the house. which part number would fit? does it come in a roll or what? is shipping cost significant?

These are not wood window frames - I believe them to be vinyl. Need the weatherstripping as mine is effectively disintegrating.

Need to confirm. My photo looks slightly different from pictures on your site. The weatherstripping I have is a .187 t-slot. However, the foam bulb is closer to 3/8 inch or .375 diameter.
