26-175 CertainTeed Pivot Bar, Pair

Attached, please find pictures of a vinyl window pivot tilt bar with foam roller. I was unable to find these in your online cataloged. Do you have a replacement?

These came from CertainTeed Windows installed in the Turks and Caicos in late 90s or early 2000s. Can you identify and do you stock the part.

Looking for these parts pivot assembly has # A186160 on it, springs have#'s 407 and 408 depending on window. The lance spring cover and balance drum look different tha what I see on your site

I'm sorry but I don't have the broken pieces. I've tried to take photos of every angle that I can without hiring someone to take the window out. I had ordered part number 26-175 : CertainTeed Pivot Bar, Pair but it is too wide at the base and will fit in the channel. picture attached showing the difference in width from original. I did not see anywhere else on your web site for an alternate, as all stated this part would fit, no problem. ... (cont.)

This is a picture of part I need. This is a tilt in, double hung vinyl window. This part is found on each side of the bottom of the window and stabilizes the window in the frame and keeps it in place when the window is tilted in. Thanks for insight or suggestions.

I believe it is called a certain teed pivot bar. The number on it is 103-2. The pictures I've attached show it broken. I need to replace it. I've ordered one in the past but it was the wrong piece.

I ordered a certianteed pivot as the measurements and general appearence was the same but this one has an offset pivot. Do you think you have something for this?
