Do you have replacements for these tiltl latches and pins

I have older windows that have the discontinued part #532011 for a pivot bar. It looks like these have now been replaced by a newer version. Do I need to buy the new pivot bars and also the new pivot shoe? Or can I just replace the old pivot bar with the newer one you have listed your website? P ... (cont.)

Hey! Greetings from New York. I'm writing you about a 26-353 look-alike that are the typical sash pivot bars for our windows. The difference between yours and mine is that mine is about 11/16th of an inch wide, the pins themselves are offset, so that there is a "left" and "right" pin, not a mirro ... (cont.)

I need replacement hinges please

I have identified pivot bars[26-175) the pivot style shoe (15-192j,and the balance drum(15-157) but the coil balance spring does not have a number stamped on it so I don?t know if it?s a S-170-407 or 408 or 409. Is there another way to identify it Thank you

on August 2017 I order 6 Certain Teed Pivot Shoe item # 15-192, but the original pivot bar is thicker and dont feed in the metal bushing that you send,I like to get the right pivot bar.

As you can see from the photos, the pin broke off and we are ordering a replacement window sash pivot. Do you have this window part?

Received my order of 26-353 and 26-317, installed and well / easier than I thought. Just have to take your time. Only problem I have is when you close window two locks are not able to lock. I need one for both sides, and assume they are different, or are the new replacement ones retro fit to fit both sides equally. Is there a difference?

One of our CertainTeed windows installed in 1998 has broke. The window will not stay up, we have a piece of wood in place to hold it up. I attached 4 pictures, hopefully you will be able to tell me what part I need. Thank you, Kathryn

I have DH certainteed vinyl windows. The pivot bar is broke on both sides of window. Screws just fell out not holding, how to get new pivot bar to stay in place?

Stamped 102-2, there is a right and left for each sash. The ones I need are for bottom sash. Let me know can we get them. Thanks, Steve

I can not find the sash pivot shown on the attached photograph. The windows are certainteed installed in 1998. There is a marking of 102-2 on the bottom of part. I purchased 26-353 from your catalog but do not fit. Any help would be appreciated Walt

After washing the window, it evidently was slightly out of alignment and broke I broke the pictured piece while forcing the window closed.
