My main concern is how to reduce the draft coming from the track. More concerning is the draft coming through the small cutout area to the left of the adjustment holes. The door seal at the opposite end is torn and I want to replace it. The bottom seal assembly is screwed to the door. Overall door width is 31 11/16 inches. I cannot determine the manufacturer. I am located in Pennsylvania just north of Pittsburgh.
