Good afternoon, I was hoping you could help me identify the lock required for this. House was built in 2002 if that helps. Also, how would I engage the lock with the switch located in the handle or will it need to be replaced as well? Thank you for your time, Nick

Hi, Have a latch on my patio door which has recently broken. The latch is a hook shape and engages on a receiving in the door frame. The twist-handle shown in the picture has sheared. Do you supply anything like this. regards Phil

I received the replacement lock and it fit perfectly. The only challenge is my old lock has this slot toward the bottom. What is this? The door plate has a prong that hits this opening in the old door lock. How can I address this issue?

Couldn't find any markings. I know that the door is from 1984 if that helps. Looking to replace parts identified as "A" and "B", or an entire new unit. The handle pull holes are 3 7/8" center to center.

Will the Handle Set #82-035 work with our existing #82-263 Mortise Lock? Or do we have to order a different Mortise Lock in order to use Handle Set #82-035? I need to replace my door handle with a crappy improvised installation and swiss-cheese holes cut in the door frame. The door is an unusual 2" thick. I have an Andersen sliding door with a reach-out type lock. There is a set screw in the receiving end to adjust the catch.
