I ordered 20 each item# 39-473 rear mount scissor arm operator 16". I need the bracket that mounts to bottom to the of item# 39-473. The existing bracket holes do not line up correctly. i also need one window lock for the window pictured above. mahalo for your assistance, Anthony. ... (cont.)

The only marking is a stamped E on the claw.

Compareing to 38-139; 1-3/8" instead of 1-5/8" 4-1/2" instead of 4-5/8" bolt holes are 3-13/16" center to center. This is for the right side casement window. Larry

I can't find the model number of the jeldwin window. I have attached a picture of the locking mechanism. The only thing I can see on the lock is the number 12. Can you tell from the picture what model number I need to order? Thanks for your help.

One of our customers had this lock, it's pretty rare and was hoping you guys have it. The handle does have the part number 2246 on it.

Unfortunately, I do not have much information on the locking handle or the brand of the windows. The only thing that shows up on the locking mechanism is the word Roto and on the hinge mechanism it says Interlock 12C-IS23. Thank you

I have sent 3 pictures from an operable window lock mechanism for Milgard crank windows. I need to replace two that have a broken lock handle. Am I correct in assuming that the lock handle will fit either left or right locking?
