Thanks in advance~! I need to get a few of these vinyl operators and locks. please help me to ID these parts.

I need lock

I require replacements for the plastic guides shown in photos.

This piece holds the lock in place. Do you carry it?

I think the most appropriate part would be Maxim Multi-Point Lock, Medium Slider 38-095 I have lost the screws and the original plate mounting plate (which you can see is horribly bent, and interestingly only has three sides) Would you suggest I try another part?

The fork is 1 1/8" long. The center of the screw holes are 3 7/8" center to center. I have a few more pics but it wont let me attach more here. I will try to send another batch.

Ordered the 38-138 however the design is slightly different therefore does not really fit. please see the attached picture. Let me know if you have another version that could be closer from my existing one (the one at the bottom is the one I am trying to replace)

I have attached two photos. I need window lock spacers (pictured in white plastic) as they are cracking on my casement windows. They are either Anderson or Certainteed brand. Not sure. Can you help me?

I need a multipoint casement window lock for Milgard windows. I have attached some pics and a diagram of a similar lock with my locks dimensions written in. It looks like a Truth hardware part, but the prong only sticks out 1 1/8 inches

Do you have this? I see you have a product code 38-158 but the measurements are larger than my example. Mine is 3" screw to screw, 3 3/8 length, width,15/16 th, thick 7/16, and the opening between the screws is 2 1/4.

I have several Milgard window lock handles that have broken off of our window thru the years. I'm looked for replacement handles or do I need to replace the whole mechanism?

im a handyman and Im coming behind two other handymen that have complete removed all the hardware so I need to replace the entire multi point sash lock. where should i look for this?

Hi there I am looking for this plastic locking handle plate , its the same measurment as that of your product 38-158 actually I bought one of the 38-158 & tried it fits but there is a play (your 38-158 is thin) comparing to my broken one . do have any other product ? please advice.
