Greetings, window won't stay up. I have 2 broken Springs and appears the shoe is failing. I would be so pleased if you could give me the part numbers.

This is a coil balancer that has a set screw in the center of it. not pictured is the shoe (tilt) but i need to match this single coil balancer.

Looking for replacement parts. The coil has an 8 stamped on it.

We need to replace a coil spring. Please see attached photos. (The full coil is not shown in Photo IMG_2668 because part of it snapped off). The coil is stamped #832. See IMG_2672. which is the best replacement for what I have?

I need one left hand and one right hand coil balance. It may be hard to see in the photo but the number "8" is stamped onto each spring.

My window weighs 15 lbs and there is one spring on each side. The springs are 1/2' wide and have 932 stamped on them. Two windows are totally broken so I need four springs. Please see attached pics for reference. Thanks, John

Recently I've changed the insulated sash glass and the window weight changed to 30lb per. The OEM balancers with the windows work but they creep down slow not fast. What does your team suggest on the springs. PS? 32 3/4 x 24 3/4

On the window screen it shows model number gx7166. On the shoe/coil balance item pictures it has the number 3 listed. It also has a number on the spring that says 832.

I purchased double coil springs (#8) along with a coil balance shoe as I believed my original coil springs failed. I did not replace the support clip or balance bushings. I installed the double springs and shoe with the original support clip and bushings. I cannot get the pivot shoe to "lock" in pla ... (cont.)

Coil is 1/2 inch wide and has an "8" stamped near the tongue. Tongue appears less pointed. Which replacement would you recommend?

Bronze colored spring, spring width 1/2 inch Window length 29 inches, spring travels 31 inches, spring coil width 1 7/32 inches used with 15-180 coil balance shoe. I need the part number for the spring....Thank You,Joe
