Upper window in my double hung is hagging and wont stay up. This is the balance and I need a new set.

I have a MI window where part of the outer -upper sash has broken- one of the parts as shown in IMG 3249 with the second picture IMG 3258 showing the same part on a different window that is still working well. Do you sell these parts? Can it be replaced in the outer track?

I have 5 windows that have these assemblies, but they are broken and will not stay up when the lower sash is lifted. I hope you're able to identify the assembly with the photos of the assembly and the ID tag that was on the window.

I am looking for this complete constant force balancer replacement. It is only stamped with an 8. I would also need the plastic bracket to hold the balancer in place. Thanks!

Our window spring coils broke on one side of our window. Unfortunately, I cannot find the name of the window. Photographs of the parts are included. It is both upper and lower coils. I was hoping you had a parts kit. Thank you.
