Please identify this spring part number to order. The number on the spring is 832. I can't find it in your listings. I know the shoe is 15-180. Thanks John

The window is vinyl double pain and measures 45 inches wide and 30 inches high. The window weighs 42.2 pounds. It has a number 7 stamped on each of the coil springs. I Need two window balances since the current ones do not hold up the window.

Need help in choosing the correct coil balance spring. Broken spring is 1/2 inch thick with no markings. Seems to be a match with your Series 190 but I don't know which one (440-940). Window dimension (glass portion) is 26 3/8 inches X 25 7/8 inches. Also, can you please confirm that the below ... (cont.)

Was wondering if you had the correct parts to replace these entire constant force coil balancers. I would need at least 40 complete sets. Or if you can help with just identifying a manufacturer, and were I could possibly find them. The numbers on the spring say "832"

I have identified the Series 190 Coil Balance, as the necessary replacement spring for my window balancer. However, it does not have an identifying stamp which correlates to the options listed. The only identifying stamp in the metal is the number "8", just up the band from the retaining screw hole. ... (cont.)

i have one window with this coil in the photo with the number 7 stamped on it and it is 1/2" wide i all so have 3 windows with the number 832 stamped on it. it is also 1/2" wide looks the same

Hi, After measuring I believe that your S140-8 (there is an 8 stamped on the coil) will be a good replacement for two of our tilt windows. Can you confirm or suggest another? Thanks!

I have a broken coil balance on one side of a window. Not sure what is the correct replacement part for it. Its width is 1/2" and the window length is approximately 29". Also, do I just replace the coil balance? Or the complete assembly? Thanks, Albert
